CMCCO offers it's clients design management services where the design process is managed by CMCCO. This process starts prior to the initiation of the design phase by design qualification, including recommendation and selection of engineering consultant part, design evaluation and design criteria preparation. Prior to the design phase, CMCCO will also plan the design process and conduct progress monitoring to ensure that the design phase is completed on time and without delay.  Our technical team will review all design submittals by the contractor to ensure that they meet all the necessary requirements.

Design Change Management procedures are also prepared by CMCCO and all design changes are reviewed and approved  by our technical team. Furthermore, design is monitored for quality, cost, risk, safety and all other involved criteria for the project's success. Value engineering analysis and report presentation is conducted by our value engineering specialists that make recommendations for more cost efficient solutions and design alternatives. Furthermore, CMCCO coordinated all the submittals by the engineering consultant to the client and manages the process until final design submittal and approval for construction.
